Dense ruby red color. On the nose notes of vanilla and cinnamon, dark chocolate and humus. Hints of ripe cherry and black currant compote are interwoven with licorice notes in perfect balance. On the palate it is warm and soft, with smooth and fine tannins. Nice persistence
Chickpeas soup, honey-glazed duck fillet, braised wild boar with apples, garlic herb steak bites. Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F).
